From Corrections to Success
Before diving into the world of property maintenance, Rob spent many years in Corrections, but he knew it was time for a change.
“After many years in the corrections field, I found myself seeking something more meaningful and a way to grow personally. I was ready for a new challenge,” Rob shared. “I didn’t know where to start, but choosing Hire A Hubby was an easy decision. I love that we often have to think outside the box in this business.”
Rob’s background in Corrections taught him the importance of structure and systems, which have been key to his success as a franchisee. “While there are rules and systems in place as a franchisee, I find these guardrails a benefit—they provide structure to my business that would have been difficult to implement on my own,” he explains.
This award is the cherry on top of an outstanding year for Rob, who also took home the Health & Safety Award, Man in a Van Award, and Franchisee of the Year at the Hire A Hubby Franchise Awards earlier this year.
